I bought some of this for my M38 Mosin Nagant Carbine I recently picked up, and as usual I was not disappointed with S&B’s ammo. I’ve been using it for years off and on, but never in this caliber. I've shot thousands of rounds of 7.62x54R over the past three years, got a case of Mosinitus that resulted in 2 Tulas, 3 Izhevsks, 1 Sako M-39 and a VEPR. It is more expensive than the spam can stuff for a reason. S&B has been producing quality ammo for a long, long time, and nobody does it better in Eastern Europe than these guys.

I'm not an ammunition expert, but this ammo came quickly and was exactly as advertised. They all fired as expected and I have the bruised shoulder to prove it! Will be ordering more shortly.
