The tip gracefully gives way to Hornady’s exceedingly concentric AMP jacket, which terminates in a precision engineered boat tail that reduces drag substantially. The ELD Match’s jacket possesses a sleek secant ogive geometry and encapsulates a uniform swaged lead core.

Hornady utilized Doppler radar to record this round’s 0.536 G1 ballistic coefficient (G7 0.270). When fired from a 24” barrel, so aerodynamic a bullet doesn’t become subsonic until it has flown an astonishing 1,205 yards!
