Rifle Ammos Descriptions

7.62x51 - 147 Grain FMJ M80 - Armscor - 200 Rounds

M80 firecrackers are good for blowing up mailboxes and scaring your neighbors. (Two things we strongly advise against ever doing.) But M80 ammo is perfect for target shooting with a 7.62x51 or 308 Win rifle. We would absolutely recommend that you do that, which is why we’re offering cases of 7.62x51 ammo by Armscor! This cartridge’s 147 grain FMJ projectile is designed to shoot clean and straight. Its jacket has a cannelure to prevent the bullet from shifting out of its seating during recoil, and the sleek profile and balanced weight it needs to hug a level trajectory. One word of caution with this bullet, though: Its jacket does contain steel. That doesn’t impact its ballistics – heck, it may even help as it prevents deformation – but it does make this ammo magnetic. Armscor loads this particular 7.62x51 ammo at their headquarters in the Philippines. They gave it their reloadable brass cases, which are brand new and only discolored because they were annealed without getting buffed up afterward, as well as non-corrosive Boxer primers.

45 ACP - 230 Grain TMJ - Speer LAWMAN - 50 Rounds

Speer® brought sport shooters and law enforcement the excellence of Lawman over 35 years ago. Back in 1968, the line included various calibers of centerfire handgun ammunition, and quickly earned a reputation as a high-performance and reliable product. Lawman is attractively priced, and the cases are reloadable with clean-burning propellants and reliable CCI primers to complete the package. Total metal jacket (TMJ) is different from full metal jacket (FMJ) due to TMJ bullets having no exposed lead bases, this makes TMJ bullets better suited for firing in indoor ranges since there will be fewer lead particulates floating in the air after firing .
